We do not have any complex refund policy in our company in the unlikely circumstances and these terms won’t affect your statutory rights. The refund is generally processed back to the same payment method as you paid in time of purchase. However, exceptions can’t be avoided, and in this case, we strongly recommend you go through conditions in which we are unable to accept any cancellation or refund or even exchange.

1. Return Procedure Items must be returned in their original pre-sale condition – unworn, tags attached, user manual, warranty card etc and appropriate packaging to make sure that the item(s) are not damaged in transit. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

2. You must click the confirm button as soon as you receive the delivery. If confirm button is not clicked, no report of return/exchange will be entertained. Report to return/exchange must be done within 1 hour upon receipt of the delivery. You must send minimum 20 sec video if the item is damaged.

When the request for Returns/exchange is accepted, goods must be returned within 24 hours upon receipt of the delivery including the details of your name, contact, reason for return and order number if the customer cancels or complains (product being damaged, mismatch, inferior in quality or defective upon delivery). If returns/exchange is made in 24hrs upon receipt of the delivery, the return/exchange of the product to the customers will be done within 7days. You are strongly advised to keep the proof of postage while sending items for return or exchange. Refund to the customers will be made within 48 hours after the product is returned back.

4. If the goods need to be returned or exchanged, such condition is valid when the product is damaged or order is mismatched upon delivery, then the seller/vendor bears the logistic cost incurred.

5. But if the good is returned by the customer upon delivery with no valid reason, then the logistics cost is borne by the customer.
